To nominate a family in need, submit your letter via email to thecountrygiant@gmail.com (please put Christmas Wish in the subject line) or by mail to our studio at 698 S Willow Ave. Cookeville, TN, 38501.
In your letter/email, please include the following:
- Male/Female of Each Family Member
- Age
- Needs
- Clothing and Shoe Sizes
- Toy Requests
- Any Special Requests
- Your contact information (name, phone number and email address)
Deadline for submission is December 7th.
