On Friday, JANA KRAMER Tweeted a photo of her and BRANTLEY GILBERT with a baby shark they caught while deep-sea fishing. Don't worry, they threw it back.
And then on Saturday, she got hit with a nasty flu virus and couldn't finish her show opening for ALAN JACKSON. Brantley Gilbert was there too . . . and he actually carried her off the stage and, I presume, all the way to the hospital.
Because Jana then started Tweeting photos of her hospital room. In one she's hooked up to an I.V. and holding Brantley's hand.
In another pic, Brantley and Jana's manager are trying to blow up surgical gloves . . . and the final one is Brantley wearing a hospital gown.

WYNONNA'S husband CACTUS MOSER was back on the drums performing in her band last Tuesday . . . some three months after losing his leg in a motorcycle accident.
He got a standing ovation from the audience at Wynonna's show in Regina, Saskatchewan. Wynonna told the crowd, quote, "It's been a long way from August 18 to here. It's truly a miracle."
This wasn't a one-off thing either. Cactus is finishing the dates on her Christmas tour . . . and he plans to go back into the studio to play drums on upcoming album, which is due out sometime next year.
Wynonna Tweeted a photo last week of her and Cactus on what looks like a plane ride . . . perhaps to the concert. But the best part is the sleeping guy in the back of the pic.

"The Sun" published a grainy photo that they're claiming is TAYLOR SWIFT and HARRY STYLES of ONE DIRECTION backstage at a concert in London.
It's too blurry to tell if it's real, but if it is, it's first shot of them together since the rumor got out that they're dating.
