            Description:               Support position to the Sales and Promotions Departments for

                                            WGSQ – Country Giant and WGIC – Magic 98.5 radio stations.

           Responsibilities:        *Make client calls with AE’s or Sales Team Leaders

                                                *Prepare client needs analysis (CNA)

                                                *Prepare high quality proposals and presentations for clients based

                                             on CNA needs

                                                *Train with Traffic Department

                                                *Assist in developing promotional concepts and themes

                                                *Maintain promotions department event and remote calendars

                                               *Assist in planning and organizing station events

                                           *Assist at remotes

III. RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

	Type Of Recruitment Initiative (Menu Selection)	Brief Description Of Activity
1	Internship Program	Our stations regularly host marketing majors from Tennessee Technological University student. The students work for both our sales and promotions department, rotating once a new semester begins. In sales, the interns receive training from Local Sales Managers on the features and benefits of commercial rating systems, accompany both Account Executives and Local Sales Managers on sales calls, and learn how sales orders are inputted into the traffic system. In promotions, the interns help organize NTR events, work at remote broadcasts and assist in prize distribution. During this reporting period, we hosted three interns as follows: Spring/Summer 2008 semesters: Two interns Fall/Winter 2009 semesters: Two interns
2	Participated in Event/Program Sponsored by an Educational Organization Relating to Careers in Broadcasting	On April 23, 2008, the stations hosted a career day at the radio stations and allowed a student from Prescott Central Middle School to job shadow with WGSQ. Participants from the stations included WGSQ Program Director and one On Air Talent employee.
3	Participated in Job Fair	On May 15, 2008, the stations participated in a job fair held at the Leslie Town Centre. Participants from the stations included the Business Manager and the Local Sales Managers.
4	Participated in Event/Program Sponsored by an Educational Organization Relating to Careers in Broadcasting	On October 13, 2008, the Highland Rim Academy toured our stations. Participants from the stations included the WGIC and WGSQ Program Directors. They spoke to the students about broadcasting careers.
5	Participated in Job Fair	On October 21, 2008, the stations participated in a career fair held at the Leslie Town Centre for high school seniors. Participants from the stations included the WGIC Program Director and one On Air Talent employee.
